Standard Ticket: 

• $40 per person
• Reservations must be purchased online, by phone, or by emailed invoice.  
• On some occasions, we may take payment for reservation fees when you arrive.
• We take cash, Cash App, Affirm, and all major credit cards through our payment provider, Stripe.  

Early Discount: 

• Register 7+ days ahead and pay only $30 per ticket.

Deposit Option: 

• Secure your spot with a $20 non-refundable deposit per reservation, with the balance due by noon on event day.  An invoice will be emailed to you after your registraion.

Group Rate: 

• Group Rate: Groups of 6-10 pay a discounted rate of $30 per ticket.
• A down-payment of $15 per person is required to hold a private reservation.

Pre-Scheduled Tour Details

• Duration: Approximately 3 hours
• When: Every Friday and Saturday at 8:00 PM
• Open to everyone but you must place your reservations in advance.

Private Parties: 

• Private Parties: We also offer private ghost walks for special occasions and groups! If you're looking to book a tour on an alternate day, just let us know in advance. Please note that all private tours must take place in the evening to maintain the haunting atmosphere.
• • Please let us know if you are celebrating something special so we can recognize your guest of honor with recognition & a small gift bag.
  • Private parties can have no more than 10 guests.

Family-Friendly Thrills

• Curious kids starting around age 9 usually do well on the tour if they are interested in the paranormal already and have the ability to sit quietly with focused attention for moments of time.  
• Engaging stories told by guides who make everyone feel part of the adventure.
• Content is generally PG, but some spooky tales might give a slight chill – you know your child best!
• Requires some quiet moments of focus, so consider if it's the right fit for very energetic little ones.
• Families that come on our tour tend to leave us excellent reviews and are the most appreciative.  We also get great feedback on birthday parties for teens.

Paws & Poltergeists: Bring Your Dog!

• Friendly Fidos on leashes are welcome to explore alongside you.  Strollers are fine but they still must be attached to a leash while riding.
• Dog must have manners and be well-socialized. If you have a larger do it must be obedience trained & follow handler's commands.
• Please keep dogs controlled and respect guests who may not be comfortable around animals.  Do not let your dog approach anyone unless invited to do so.
• Remember water & water bowls, protect paws on hot pavement, and ensure heartworm meds & vaccines are current for their safety!
