Standard Ticket 

• $40 per person
• Reservations must be purchased online, by phone, or by emailed invoice.  
• On some occasions, we may take payment for reservation fees when you arrive.
• We take cash, Cash App, Affirm, and all major credit cards through our payment provider, Stripe.  

Early Discount

• Register 7+ days ahead and pay only $30 per ticket.

Deposit Option

• Secure your spot with a $20 non-refundable deposit per reservation, with the balance due by noon on event day.  An invoice will be emailed to you after your registration.

Pay Over Time With Affirm

• Break down your merchandise & ticket costs into smaller, manageable payments through our easy-to-qualify partner.

Group Rate

• Groups of 6-10 pay a discounted rate of $30 per ticket.  
• A down-payment of $15 per person is required to hold a private reservation.

Family Friendly Tour

If your child enjoys the paranormal from shows or online, they will likely have a great time on our tour. Our guides ensure everyone feels included, especially kids aged 9 and up who are interested in ghost stories. Keep in mind that some parts of the tour require quiet, which may not suit very energetic children or those who struggle with focus. While the content is generally PG-rated, some ghost stories might be a bit spooky for certain kids. 

Ultimately, you know your child's comfort level best, so consider their sensitivities and engagement abilities.

Dog Friendly Activity

Dogs are welcome on our tour, but they must be leashed and under your control at all times. Not all of our guests are comfortable around dogs, so please be respectful and keep your dog leashed. We recommend bringing water for your dog, especially during warmer weather. Be mindful of hot concrete in the summer, as it can hurt their paws. Also, ensure your dog's heartworm medication is up-to-date, as mosquitoes can be present on the tour.

Accessibility

Our aim is to make sure that all our visitors have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We are ADA compliant, have ramps for wheelchairs and scooters, an elevator in the main building and portable lightweight seating available for use during the tour. The tour is less than a half mile walk on smooth paved pathways, but we can also arrange for a driving tour. Please let us know of any specific accommodations you may require.  Accessibility factors should not be  a barrier to having the same experience as any other guests.
